In this role you will be responsible for: n
n
Leading a team of multi-skilled personnel in a safe andcost-effective manner
n
Day-to-day activities of workshop personnel
n
Technical support and guidance
n
Mentoring apprentices and leading by example for allstaff
n
Rebuilds and repairs on a wide range of heavymachinery
n
Diagnosis,



maintenance and repair of large earthmoving andassociated equipment
n
Problem solve and manage conflicting priorities
n
What we are looking for: n
n
Australian Manual Drivers Licence
n
Australian/NZ Recognised Trade Certificate
n
Previous experience in a leadership role in a
manufacturingworkshop
environment
n
Strong safety focus with a working knowledge of
WorkSaferegulations
n
Ability to work autonomously
n
Tickets and licences EG: Forklift, Dogging, Rigging, WAH,Crane, etc
n
