Job Description
Medibank Private Limited in Joondalup, WA, is seeking an Overseas Customer Service and Sales Consultant for a part time 22.5 hours per week rostered across 3 days. Work mainly on campus at Edith Cowan University with potential to work from home occasionally.

You will support overseas members with health insurance, deliver quality service, handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and inquiries, and seek sales opportunities while maintaining a compassionate, client-focused approach.
