Job Description
This is a flexible, casual role with work available on an as-needed basis. It would suit a semi-retired tradesperson, former carpenter, or someone with extensive maintenance experience looking for supplementary work.

Key Responsibilities
n General property repairs and maintenance
n Hanging and adjusting doors
n Basic tiling and repair work
n Lawn mowing and garden maintenance
n Weeding and grounds upkeep
n
About You
n Previous experience in property maintenance, building repairs, carpentry, or a related trade.
n Ability to work independently and complete jobs to a high standard.
n Own tools and equipment suitable for maintenance and repair work.
n Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) - essential.
n Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
n
