Well Academy is a leading provider of accredited drilling, well control and technical training for the energy industry. We deliver IWCF, IADC and bespoke industry programmes from key training centres across the globe.

We're looking to expand our network of Perth-based contract instructors to support the delivery of IWCF accredited training.

We're particularly interested in professionals with expertise in:

IWCF Drilling Well Control
n
IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control
n
n
Training will primarily take place at our Perth CBD training centre, with occasional opportunities for virtual delivery.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Deliver high-quality IWCF accredited training programmes
n
Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual learning
n




Support candidates through training and assessment activities
n
Complete course administration and accreditation requirements
n
Contribute to the ongoing development of course content and materials
n
n
What we're looking for

Strong operational experience in drilling and well intervention
n
Previous instructor, training or mentoring experience
n
A professional and team-oriented approach
n
Residence in the Perth area
n
n
