Sales Associates
for a fast-growing Australian fintech and we're looking for ambitious people who want to build a reliable career in sales.

n You might be a recent graduate looking for your first corporate opportunity. Or you might already be working in
telesales, a call centre, recruitment, insurance, telco, memberships, customer service or retail sales
and know that you're good at talking to people.
n
n Either way, if you're
confident on the phone, motivated by targets and want the opportunity to earn $100K in your first year

$75,000 base + super
n
Uncapped commission
n
Realistic first-year OTE of $100,000
n

What Will You Actually Be Doing? You'll spend a large part of your day
on the phone speaking with Australian business owners

nYou'll be responsible for:n

Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
n
Starting conversations and identifying sales opportunities
n
Asking the right questions to understand customer needs
n
Qualifying potential customers
n
Handling objections and building rapport
n
Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
n
Developing your sales, negotiation and commercial skills
n

Are a
recent university graduate looking to break into sales
n
Have experience in
phone sales, telesales, call centres or customer service
n
Love talking to people and can build rapport quickly
n
Are comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
n
Are competitive, resilient and motivated by results
n
Want your earning potential to increase with your performance
n
Have full Australian working rights
n
Finance experience isn't essential. Sales experience doesn't need to come from a corporate environment.
