Mater Private Hospital Mackayis seeking a dedicated and experiencedClinical Nurse/Midwifeto join ourWomens Uniton apermanent part-timebasis.

Salary range: $***** - $***** per hour plus 12% superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900+access to many staff benefits!
What you'll be doing
As a Clinical Nurse at Mater Private Hospital Mackay, your responsibilities will include:
Provide high-quality patient care using advanced clinical skills.
Collaborate with patients and caregivers to identify healthcare needs.
Adhere to documentation standards and coordinate work functions.
Undertake discharge planning and act as a mentor when required.
Develop and maintain rosters, support policy implementation.
Manage labour resources, allocate resources within budget when required
Analyse data, promote workplace safety and customer satisfaction.
Participate in meetings, quality activities, and career development.




Accept individual responsibility and adhere to organisational policies.
About you
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse who possesses:
Current registration with the Australian Health Regulation Agency as a Division 1 Registered Nurse.
Minimum of three-five years full time equivalent clinical experience in area of specialty.
Postgraduate tertiary qualifications applicable to healthcare team speciality (desired)
Advanced clinical and problem-solving skills.
Strong planning and coordination abilities in clinical patient care management.
Ability to work effectively within a collegiate healthcare team structure.
Familiarity with the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
