The Role
n As a Senior Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an elevated client experience while helping establish the boutique as a destination for discerning collectors and luxury clientele. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships, driving sales performance and acting as a true ambassador for the Maison's values, heritage and products.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a personalised and memorable luxury client experience at every touchpoint.

Achieve and exceed individual sales and boutique performance targets.

Develop and maintain a strong client book through proactive networking, outreach and clienteling activities.

Build lasting relationships with VIP clients, collectors and watch enthusiasts.

Support boutique events, client appointments and exclusive activations.

Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation and operational excellence.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience within luxury retail, premium retail, jewellery, fine watches or other high-end client-focused environments.

Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for luxury, craftsmanship and delivering outstanding client service.

Highly skilled presentation and attention to detail.
