Lifecare is seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. Looking for some diversity in your role? You will be joining us on a casual basis at our clinic at our Oak Park and Essendon clinics.
n
You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, you will maintain a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and replenishments, and complete other administrative tasks as required.
n
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy customer-facing setting and enjoys making a genuine difference to people's day.

What You'll Be Doing n
n
Delivering a professional and welcoming front desk experience for every patient
n
Coordinating day-to-day reception and clinic operations
n
Managing bookings, invoicing and general admin processes
n
Building strong relationships with patients, health professionals and stakeholders
n
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and service delivery
n
Supporting coverage across multiple sites when required
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Experience in a reception, customer service, or administrative role (medical experienced highly regarded)
n




A people-first mindset with a strong customer service focus
n
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
n
Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
n
Experience with booking or practice systems (e.g. Nookal) is desirable, not essential
n
