ABOUT THE ROLE n

You will:

Deliver approximately
***** hours of 1:1 personal training per week
n
Coach primarily 40+ aged clients committed to long term lifestyle change
n
Conduct small group sessions and studio events
n
Provide accountability, programming and ongoing progression
n
Be paid to develop your coaching, communication and leadership skills
n
Progress through a clear career pathway toward senior, management or ownership
n
n
You won't be left to "figure it out."

To Be Successful, You Will Need n

Certificate IV in Fitness
n
Current First Aid & CPR
n
Working With Children Check
n
A professional attitude and strong work ethic
n
A genuine interest in nutrition and long-term client results
n
n
Personal training experience is preferred but not essential.
n
What matters most is your standards, consistency and long term ambition.
