VISION AND GOALS PTY LTD in Recent South Wales is seeking a Female Mental Health NDIS Disability Support Worker to provide individual support and empower participants to achieve their goals through skill development and meaningful activities.

You will deliver supports using a strengths-based, person-centred approach, apply recovery-focused and trauma-informed practices, and collaborate with the team to ensure safe service delivery and accurate record-keeping using ShiftCare.
