Looking to play a key role in delivering major bridge and transport infrastructure projects across Western Australia? We're seeking a Senior Structural Modeller to join our high-performing Structural team, contributing to the design and delivery of complex infrastructure while collaborating with engineers and project teams across the state.

The Chance:
n
Reporting to the WA Structural Discipline Manager, you'll be part of our Western Australian Structural Group, supporting the delivery of transport infrastructure projects, primarily bridges
n
You will undertake advanced modelling and drafting work, contributing to both concept and detailed design, while working closely with engineers and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
n
This is a senior, non-supervisory role where you'll apply your expertise to improve design quality, efficiency and coordination across projects.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Develop structural models and drawings for bridge and transport infrastructure projects
n
Contribute to concept and detailed design delivery
n
Apply advanced techniques in computer-aided design and modelling
n
Coordinate with engineers and multi-disciplinary teams
n
Assist in delivering complex, multi-discipline projects
n
Liaise with clients, consultants and regulatory authorities
n
Ensure outputs meet time, cost and quality expectations
n
Contribute to continuous improvement in drafting standards and practices
n
n
About You:
n
You are an experienced and detail-focused Structural Modeller/Drafter with strong infrastructure project exposure, particularly within transport and bridges.
n
n
7+ years' experience in structural
drafting/modelling,
ideally on MRWA bridge and infrastructure projects
n
Proficiency in tools such as MicroStation, OpenBuildings, Revit or AutoCAD
n
Strong understanding of Australian Standards and industry drafting practices
n
Experience supporting complex, multi-disciplinary design projects
n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver quality outcomes
n
n

Understanding of project delivery and commercial environments
