Job Description
JBS Townsville is seeking a Fabrication Lead to join our Townsville Plant on a full-time basis. You will lead the Boning Room operations, guiding and developing the team while ensuring production, quality, food safety and WHS objectives are met.

You will drive performance, support HR policies, maintain production records, and contribute to improvement projects in a quick-paced environment at a major Queensland facility.
