Emali Early Learning Campbelltown is looking for an experienced Centre Director who is ready to lead a growing centre and help build something truly special.

About the Role
n
As Centre Director, you will lead our Campbelltown Centre and play an important role in shaping its culture, reputation, team and future growth.
n
Being a relatively new centre, there is huge opportunity to build and grow.
n
You will have the freedom to bring your leadership style, ideas and energy to the centre while being supported by Emali's wider leadership team and established systems.
n
The centre features beautiful, purpose-built learning environments, expansive spaces and an in-built sensory room, providing an exciting foundation for high-quality learning and development.

You'll be responsible for:
n

Leading, inspiring and developing a passionate team
n
Building strong and genuine relationships with children and families
n
Growing the centre's reputation and connection within the local community
n
Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging centre culture
n
Supporting educators to deliver high-quality learning and care
n
Driving quality improvement and strong outcomes for children
n
Ensuring compliance with the NQF, NQS, EYLF and all relevant legislation
n
Maintaining a strong focus on child safety, wellbeing and safeguarding
n
Managing centre operations while remaining a visible and hands-on leader
n
n

Child Safety Is a Paramount Consideration
n
At Emali, the safety, wellbeing and protection of children is a paramount consideration in everything we do.
n
We are looking for a leader who understands that child safety is embedded in everyday leadership, decision-making and centre practices, not simply a compliance requirement.
n
You will lead with a strong child-safe mindset, ensuring active supervision, safe practices, appropriate educator behaviours and strong safeguarding practices are consistently upheld.
n
You will be confident holding yourself and others accountable to our child safety expectations and creating an environment where children are safe, heard, respected and protected.

What You'll Bring
n
n
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA approved)
n
Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and the Assessment & Rating process
n
Proven leadership experience within early childhood
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Ability to mentor,
coach and develop educators
n
Confidence with technology and systems, including Microsoft Office and Xplor
n
A genuine passion for quality early learning and leadership
n
A strong understanding of child safety and safeguarding responsibilities
n
