Full Stack Javascript Engineer

We're growing the team! DotCollective is on the lookout for a
Full Stack JavaScript Engineer
to join our newly created Connect Product squad, building out cutting-edge unified commerce solutions for our clients. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance eCommerce solutions that exceed client expectations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the development of scalable, high-performance eCommerce solutions using
React, Node.js, and TypeScript
.
n
Work with
Shopify Plus
, contributing to our position as a key Shopify+ Partner.
n
Collaborate closely with UX Designers, Delivery Leads, and Management to scope, estimate, and deliver projects.
n
Assist in architecting solutions and deployments on
AWS/GCP
.
n
Maintain high documentation standards, ensuring internal and external clarity across platforms like GitHub and Slack.
n
Mentor and support fellow engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
n
n
About You




n
n
High-level proficiency
in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and experience with AWS or GCP.
n
Experience with Shopify Plus
and a strong understanding of eCommerce best practices.
n
Knowledge of
headless CMS frameworks
such as Sanity or Storyblok.
n
Working knowledge of Three.JS or similar creative technologies for animation
n
Ability to
scope and break down projects
into clear, manageable tasks.
n
Strong
problem-solving mindset
and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
n
Comfortable in a
client-facing role
, discussing solutions with non-technical stakeholders when necessary.
n
Solid written communication skills with a focus on documentation and knowledge sharing.
n
Self-driven with a positive mindset, eager to contribute to team culture and engage in ongoing learning.
