Essential Functions of The Job
n We are looking for
Java Developer
for a contract of 6 months role based out of Sydney.
Qualifications Basic
n Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Skills and Responsibilities
n
n
Developer with experience working with Java or Scala as a programming language. Spark, big data technologies.
n
Data preparation: acquire and deliver data in a format that can be easily analysed and supports reporting needs
n




Build processes to move data between systems and platforms (extract, transform, load).
n
Provide support for business user development of data workflows, reports and dashboards
n
Deliver products that meet architectural, technical, security and data access standards
n
Unit test components to ensure deliverables meet acceptable quality metrics (e.g. functional, non-functional and operational support requirements)
