THE POSITION:
n
n
Preparing and presenting fresh, nutritious meals for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service
n
Producing high-quality catering for school functions, events and special occasions
n
Ensuring food is prepared to consistently high standards of taste, presentation and quality
n
Assisting with menu preparation, food production planning and stock control
n
Contributing ideas and creativity to menu development and function catering
n

THE PERSON:
n
n
Cert III in comm cookery OR has
demonstrated/proven
commercial kitchen experience
n
Takes pride in producing fresh, quality food
n
Can work efficiently and thrive in a busy service environment
n
Has robust organisational and time-management skills.
n
Understands food safety and OHS standards and procedures
n
Brings a positive attitude and passion for hospitality
n
