Job Description
Infinite Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist to join our Operational team at the Windsor care home. This full time, site-based role reports to the General Manager and focuses on leading all frontline rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts to deliver operational stability for residents and families.

You will collaborate with staff, manage shifts, backfills, and training for the timekeeping system, while ensuring confidentiality and continuous process improvement.
