Brisbane City Council - Traffic Controller

This role is based at the Brisbane City Council South Region Depot in Darra, on Brisbane's Southside. Your primary roles and responsibilities may include the following:
n

Use of standardised tools to control traffic
n
Ute Driving
n
Monitoring Traffic Management Plans
n
Completing mandatory pre-start checks
n
Loading and unloading of vehicles
n
Administration and paperwork
n
Assessing site safety at all times for hazard identification purposes
n
Reporting duties (i.e. safety incidents or safety hazards)
n
Monitoring of traffic behaviour in line for BCC safety requirements and procedures
n
Controlling traffic in accordance with the protection of pedestrians, work crews and all other members of the public
n
n
Key Requirements

Traffic Controlling Industry Experience
n




Traffic Management Implementation
n
White Card
n
Open C class licence
n
n
