Job Description
Westpac Group in Manly, NSW is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branch.
You will create a welcoming, supportive experience from the moment they walk in and address everyday banking queries while referring to specialists when needed.
You will handle cash deposits and withdrawals, maintain accurate cash handling, and promote digital platforms such as online banking and the Westpac mobile app.
