Job Description
AnexcitingopportunityisavailableforanexperiencedHeadCheftoleadthekitchenoperationsofawell-establishedhospitalityvenueinNewSouthWales.Thisroleisidealforapassionateculinaryprofessionalwithstrongleadershipskillsandexperiencemanaginghigh-volumekitchenoperations.Youwilloverseedailykitchenactivities,maintainexceptionalfoodquality,managekitchenstaff,andworkcloselywithvenuemanagementtodeliveroutstandingdiningexperiences.Thispositionoffersexcellentcareergrowthopportunitieswithinarespectedhospitalitygroup,withvisasponsorshipavailablefortherightcandidate.
Key Responsibilities
Plan,prepare,andoverseetheproductionofhigh-qualitymeals
Lead,mentor,andmanagethekitchenteam
Ensureconsistentfoodquality,presentation,andservicestandards
Developandimplementseasonal,bistro,andfunctionmenus
Managefoodcosts,budgets,andstockcontrol
Preparestaffrostersandoverseekitchenscheduling
Maintaincompliancewithfoodsafety,hygiene,andWHSregulations
Monitorkitchenoperationstoensureefficiencyandproductivity




Workcloselywithvenuemanagementtoachievebusinessobjectives
Trainanddevelopkitchenstafftomaintainhighperformance
Managekitcheninventoryandsupplierrequirements
Resolveoperationalissuesandmaintainapositiveteamenvironment
Requirements & Eligibility
Minimum2yearsofexperienceasaHeadCheforinasimilarleadershiprole
Provenexperienceleadingabusycommercialkitchen
Strongmenuplanningandfoodcostingknowledge
Excellentleadershipandteammanagementskills
Soundunderstandingoffoodsafetyandworkplacehealthandsafetyrequirements
Strongorganisationalandtimemanagementabilities
Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
