A respected not-for-profit aged care provider is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their growing team. Working within a close-knit AR function, you'll play a key role in ensuring residential and home care services capture all available government income accurately and on time. This is a supportive, purpose-driven environment where your contribution genuinely makes a difference to the lives of older Australians.
Responsibilities n
n
Ensuring residential and home care services maximise and recognise all available government income in a timely manner
n
Processing invoices and direct debits across financial systems
n
Reconciling and correcting variances identified in monthly payment summaries, including Home Care with Services Australia and DVA
n
Daily customer payment receipting and allocation
n
Liaising with clients and resolving account queries
n
Supporting other finance tasks as required
n
Skills & Experience n
n




Demonstrated Accounts Receivable and reconciliations experience, within residential aged care / retirement living / home care
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high accuracy under tight deadlines
n
Advanced MS Office skills and the ability to pick up recent systems quickly
n
A tertiary qualification in accounting, commerce, or business (desirable)
n
Exposure to EPICOR and/or the health, aged care or community services sector (desirable)
n
$75,000 + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging
