Australian Bush Harvest is seeking experienced Butchers and Supervisors to join our growing team for the rollout of Australia's first large-scale mobile game meat processing facility. Immediate start available in Brayton, near Marulan NSW; as a mobile operation the site will move to other regional NSW locations after six months.

You will butcher and supervise, ensure HACCP and WHS compliance, handle cold storage and equipment, and work five days Monday to Friday in a supportive team;
