About the role
n
In this
office-based internal sales role
, you will be the
first point of contact for customers
, working closely with internal teams and external partners. You'll be responsible for
selling stainless and aluminium products.
n
What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
n
Proactive customer outreach through outbound calling
n
Processing customer orders and preparing accurate quotes
n
Proactively following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
n
Collaborating with the sales team to support business development and identify opportunities
n
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
n




Assisting with stock management and inventory control
n
Handling general administrative tasks as needed
n
n
Requirements
n
n
n
In office Monday to Friday 8.00am-4.30pm
n
Knowledge/ experience with in the Metal industry an advantage
n
Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred but not essential)
n
Ability to work independently and part of the team
n
Attention to detail
n
Intermediate computer skills
n
n
