Pikkio is an Italian pizzeria and trattoria located in Panania, Sydney NSW. The venue is currently looking for an experienced Cook to join their team.
n The right candidate will be responsible for:
n
n
Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items
n
Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to restaurant recipes
n
Ensuring food portions and food presentation meet company standards
n
Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed
n
Ensuring cooking utensils, equipment and workstations are clean before each use
n
Cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas
n
Assisting kitchen staff to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner
n
Ensuring food safety,



hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures are followed
n
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation standards
n
Performing other general kitchen duties as required
n
About You: n
n
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Cook
n
Strong cooking and organisational skills
n
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
n
Ability to work independently and under pressure
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
n
Job Type: Permanent / Full timen
nSalary: $70,000 – $90,000 per annum n
