Job Description
Excellent Southern Bank is seeking a part-time Contact Centre Specialist based in South Yarra, VIC to be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls and deliver exceptional service while learning banking products.
n
You will promote services, meet KPIs, and adapt to a rotating roster Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 8am-4pm, with flexible work-from-home two days a week and coaching support to grow.
