Marketing Coordinator – Graphic Design & Digital Marketing

About the Role
n
n Working closely with the sales, commercial and administration teams, you will play an important role in supporting the organisation's marketing activities and day-to-day operations.
n This is a genuinely varied role, where no two days are the same.
n Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Creating B2B marketing materials from concept and design through to print
n
Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot
n
Creating engaging social media content
n
Product photography and photo editing
n
Maintaining and updating website content
n
Graphic design across a variety of marketing materials
n
Creating product labels and barcodes
n




Designing merchandise and product displays
n
Preparing monthly sales and analysis reports
n
Producing customer price lists and assisting with margin calculations
n
Responding to customer enquiries and processing sales orders
n
Supporting general administration, data entry and invoicing as required
n
About You
n
n n
nTo be successful, you will ideally have:n
n
n
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
n
Strong Canva skills
n
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
Strong organisation and time-management skills
n
The ability to multitask and meet competing deadlines
n
Strong problem-solving skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
A friendly, professional and positive attitude
n
The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
n
Experience in product photography and photo editing will be highly regarded.n
nA qualification in marketing, graphic design or a related field is advantageous; however, practical experience, creativity and the right attitude are equally valued.n
