The Chance: n
Reporting to the Senior Engineer: Mine Planning, you will deliver short- and medium‐term planning and scheduling for open pit operations to meet safety, production and cost targets aligned with Gruyere's strategic objectives. This role is offered on 8 days on 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth

What You'll Do n
n
Develop accurate short to medium term mine plans that support operational objectives and LOM timeframes.
n
Review economic evaluations for each mine design completed within the Engineering Team to ensure financial objectives are met under determined cut-off grades
n
Prepare stope designs, decline, escapeways and level plan layouts, and mining instructions aligned with operational mining schedule.
n
Create infrastructure plans and schedules aligned with mining interactions and budget constraints
n




Providing timely and accurate planning guidance for the delivery of the mining department production schedules.
n
Collaborate across departments to support key projects.
n
What You'll Bring n
n
Tertiary Qualifications in Mining Engineering, or a related discipline
n
Strong knowledge of statutory safety requirements relevant to mining
n
Strong open pit engineering experience, ideally in gold with
n
Proficiency in MS Office and mining software ( APS or ATS mining software experience.)
n
Manual Driver's license
n
