Located at 50 Pitt St, Sydney NSW ****, L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele is a restaurant offering a range of high-quality food and beverage options in a vibrant dining setting. The restaurant is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to become part of their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Providing professional table service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests.
n
Providing customers with information about menu items, daily specials, and beverages, responding to enquiries in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
n
Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue standards and NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
n
Setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.
n
Processing customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
n
Liaising effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
n
Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing service-related enquiries or concerns professionally.
n




Maintaining a high standard of presentation and service throughout each shift.
n
Complying with food safety, hygiene, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), and workplace health and safety requirements.
n
About You
n
n
n
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar fast-paced hospitality role.
n
Valid NSW RSA Competency Card.
n
Robust knowledge of professional food and beverage service procedures.
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
Ability to provide attentive and professional table service.
n
Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
n
Well-presented, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality customer service.
n
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
