passionate, hands-on Head Chef
to lead the kitchen at a
high-volume pub
in Ipswich. Known for its quality pub classics, weekly specials, and vibrant atmosphere, we need a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a motivated team.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a busy pub or similar venue
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Ability to manage stock, control costs, and maintain kitchen standards
n
Passion for quality food, consistency, and presentation
n
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
n

Your Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
n
Develop and execute seasonal menus and specials
n
Lead, train,



and inspire a small team of chefs and kitchen hands
n
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
n
Maintain cost control, ordering, and stock management
n
