Role Overview

As an
Outbound Sales Consultant
, you'll proactively engage with SME customers over the phone, identify their needs and uncover opportunities to grow and retain their business.This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, working towards targets and being rewarded for results.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing SME customers
n
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
n
Identify and convert sales opportunities
n
Drive customer retention and revenue growth
n
Achieve individual sales and activity targets
n
Manage customer information and activity through CRM
n
Handle objections and confidently close sales
n

Candidate Profile
n
n
Experience in outbound sales, telesales, contact centre sales or account management
n
Confident and engaging telephone manner
n
Comfortable working to sales KPIs and targets
n
Resilient, motivated and commercially minded
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Able to manage a high volume of customer conversations
n
