Reporting to the National Virtual Pharmacy Manager,



the key responsibilities for this role include:
n
n
Providing a high level of customer service to Viatris customers and external stakeholders via phone and e-mail.
n
Building relationships with customers and ensuring their experience is second to none.
n
Processing orders, credits and returns.
n
Liaise with cross functional teams to service ad hoc requests to deliver on business needs.
n
n
The minimum qualifications and skills required for this role are:
n
n
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in pharmacy or business is preferred but not required.
n
1 + year experience working in pharmacy.
n
Experience working in a customer facing role is highly desirable.
n
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
n
Hardworking, punctual, and patient.
n
Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
n
Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
