Your duties will include but are not limited to:
n
n
Be the first face the customer sees as they enter the branch and welcome them with a warm greeting




n
Ensure all hardware deliveries are put away and shelves are fully stocked
n
Serving customers and ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience
n
Processing sales and putting quotes together for customers
n
Clean the hardware area and counter, ensuring it is neat and tidy at all times
n
We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:
n

A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships
n
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
n
An ability to undertake physical tasks safely
n
Strong communication, relationship building and problem solving skills
n
Ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player
n
n
