This role is best suited to individuals with a can-do attitude, who are well organised and adaptable. Primary responsibilities include:

Conducting manual loading and unloading of freight in accordance with company procedures
n
n
Executing timely, accurate deliveries & Pickups
n
n
Representing FedEx with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction
n
n
Maintaining full compliance with all safety regulations, operational standards, and vehicle protocols
n
n
n
nCandidate Requirements n
n
n
n




Unrestricted Australian working rights
n
n
Minimum MR (Medium Rigid ) license
n
n
Clean driving record (no more than six demerit points within the past three years)
n
n
Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screening, including: drug and alcohol testing, driving performance assessment, criminal history check, & functional assessment
n
n
Demonstrated attention to detail, efficiency under pressure, and adherence to procedural standards
n
n
Strong customer service orientation and qualified demeanour
n
n
Prior experience in courier or freight delivery not required
n
n
n
