The Responsibilities
n
n
n
Proficiency in advanced computer-aided calculation and modelling skills, including Microsoft and Autodesk suites (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
n
Continual professional development and enhancement of Revit/BIM skills.
n




Detailed understanding of relevant Australian standards, NCC, and building regulations.
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to cultivate and maintain interpersonal and client relationships
n
Passion for Building Services Engineering
n
Efficient management of costs and project timelines
n
Attendance at client meetings and site visits
n
n
The Skills
n
n
n
Minimum six years of experience in the building services industry
n
Technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Camel, and the MS Office Suite.
n
Relevant tertiary engineering qualification
n
RPEQ and/or CPEng (or working towards) certification
n
