Who we're looking for?
n
n
Current NSWReal Estate Certificate of Registration orwillingness to obtain (with our support).
n
Proven experience in retail orproperty management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
n
Strong communication andstakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
n
Familiarity with tenancy systemsand compliance processes; Microsoft Office proficiency.
n

The role
n
Join Knight Frank's nationalretail team as a Retail Manager, overseeing the day-to-day
operations,presentation,
and tenant engagement for a portfolio of shopping centres.
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Take ownership of daily retail andtenancy management across multiple centres, ensuring compliance andpresentation standards.
n
Act as the primary contact fortenants, resolving queries promptly and building strong relationships.
n
Coordinate lease
administration,compliance
tasks (insurances, bank guarantees), and maintain accurate records.
n
Monitor rental and controlarrears, including issuing arrears letters to tenants.
n




Support marketing
initiatives,retailer
engagement, and trading analysis to drive performance.
n
Assist in co-ordinating casualmall leasing activities.
n
Partner with facilities andportfolio managers to deliver seamless operations and meet KPIs.
