Looking for a part-time role with great experience and flexible afternoon hours?

This is an excellent prospect for a recent school leaver, university or TAFE student, or anyone looking to gain experience in administration and the transport and logistics industry.
n
You'll be working in a busy freight terminal, supporting our operations team with administration tasks and helping keep freight moving across our road and rail network.
n
No experience in logistics? That's okay. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who is keen to learn.
What You'll Be Doing: n
n
Data entry and maintaining records
n
Preparing simple reports
n
Responding to emails and enquiries
n
Processing transport paperwork
n
Assisting with daily administration tasks
n
Communicating with truck drivers, reachstack operators, and staff
n
Supporting the day-to-day operation of the terminal
n
About You, n
n
Has good computer skills
n
Is organised and pays attention to detail
n
Has good communication skills
n
Is punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
n
Can work independently and as part of a team
n
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
n




Previous administration experience is helpful but not required.
n
Any experience or knowledge of transport, logistics, warehousing, freight, or supply chain operations would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

Monday to Friday
n
2:00pm to 6:30pm

The afternoon hours work well around study commitments and provide consistent weekly work.
