As Change Manager, Commercial, you will play a key role in delivering large scale business transformation initiatives that support customer experience, operational excellence and commercial growth. Working across a diverse portfolio of strategic programs, you will lead change planning, build organisational readiness and help teams confidently adopt new ways of working.

This is a unique prospect to work across complex, cross functional initiatives, partner with senior leaders and influence how change is delivered across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end to end change strategies, plans and activities across multiple various transformation initiatives.
n
Assess the people impacts of change and develop practical adoption approaches.
n
Partner with project managers and delivery teams to integrate change into project execution.
n
Coach leaders to build readiness, capability and engagement through change.
n
Deliver stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption activities that drive successful outcomes.
n
Contribute to governance, reporting and consistency across the broader change portfolio.
n
Collaborate with specialists including communications, learning and project resources where required.
n
Support sustainable business outcomes by embedding new behaviours, processes and ways of working.

About You:
n
n
4+ years' experience delivering change within complex organisational environments.
n
Demonstrated success leading transformation programs that involve technology, process and people change.
n
Strong understanding of recognised change management methodologies and frameworks.
n
Experience working across large, cross functional projects with multiple stakeholder groups.
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.
n
Commercially minded, customer focused and able to connect change outcomes to business objectives.
n
Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in fast paced environments with evolving priorities.
n
Naturally curious with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for helping people succeed through change.
