We're currently partnering with a leading FMCG organisation to find an experienced People Partner to step into a high impact 5-month contract during a key period of business transformation.
Working directly with senior leaders, you'll coach, challenge and influence across talent, performance, leadership and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
This is a mature People Culture environment where specialist teams handle the transactional work, leaving you free to focus on strategic partnering, leadership coaching and driving real business outcomes.




What You'll Bring Proven senior People Partner experience within a high performing setting Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence skills Ability to challenge leaders constructively and build credibility quickly Experience leading talent, succession and performance conversations Confident workshop facilitation and leadership coaching capability A pragmatic, hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running CBD location with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
