Hybrid working arrangements (1 day in the office) An exciting opportunity to join a leading federal government department to seeking for an experienced Senior Automation Test Analyst to establish approaches for test code development and integrate test automation with Scrum workflow and build processes.
The successful Senior Automation Test Analyst will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for 2 years and receive a rewarding hourly rate , based in ACT, VIC or NSW .
The successful Senior Automation Test analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to: Evaluate and recommend test automation technology selection and strategy Design and implement automation frameworks, ensuring usability, effectiveness, efficiency and maintainability are met.
Set standards for writing test code and automation coding principles to be used across the team.




Leverage AI tools and practices to enhance efficiencies The successful Senior Automation Test Analyst will have experience in the following: Expert hands-on automation testing and framework development experience, such as Playwright Hands on experience using AI tools frameworks including spec driven development, such as (Open Spec) and Claude In depth experience on CI/CD tools such as Github and Azure Experience working in an Agile model.
