The Company A well-established logistics/warehousing organisation is seeking an experienced administrator to support the day-to-day flow of orders, transport and billing.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that sits at the centre of warehouse operations, customer requirements and transport coordination.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing customer service support Processing orders and loading pick orders into the WMS Booking and coordinating transport Supporting weekly and monthly warehouse and transport billings and reporting Following up invoice discrepancies with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders Supporting with general admin and coordination About you, to be successful, you'll bring: Proven administration experience within warehousing/logistics Experience booking transport of palletised freight Strong attention to detail across documentation, billing and system processing Confident customer service and communication skills Experience using a WMS and/or freight/transport management systems (preferred)
