Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic application of computational workflows across a variety of projects, elevating design accuracy and efficiency while maintaining global standards.
Support project teams with advanced environmental analysis studies, including daylight and solar radiation simulations, integrating sustainability into design solutions.
Deliver engaging training sessions in Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and programming languages, empowering colleagues to harness the full potential of computational design tools.
Develop, document, and continuously improve best-practice workflows, fostering innovation and consistency within the studio.
Advise teams on leveraging data-driven and automation techniques, including AI-assisted design approaches, to enhance project outcomes.
Represent the practice at industry events and conferences, sharing knowledge and strengthening its reputation as a leader in design technology.




Collaborate across teams and globally to advance design technology initiatives that push the boundaries of architectural innovation.
Skills Experience Advanced proficiency in Rhino and Grasshopper, with a strong desire to apply these tools to solve complex architectural challenges.
A degree in architecture, engineering, computational design, or related fields, with at least three years' practical experience in computational design.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java, with experience in automation and data-driven workflows.
Familiarity with Grasshopper plugins including Kangaroo, Ladybug, or Honeybee; knowledge of Revit, Dynamo, GIS, or Climate Studio is advantageous.
Authorised Rhino Trainer certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
A background rooted in architectural practice, complemented by excellent communication skills and an ability to translate complex ideas effectively.
