As a permanent full-time Certificate III qualified Educator, you'll build strong relationships, support children's learning and wellbeing, and grow your career with a respected not-for-profit organisation.
About The Role This will include: Collaborating and supporting the children based on their interest Creating a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment.
Supporting children's physical, emotional, and developmental needs Assist in the observation and evaluation of the children's developmental needs Supporting routines that promote flexibility, trust, security, smooth transitions and wellbeing of the children at all times.
Building robust respectful relationships with children and families About You You will have experience and skills in the following: A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with full working rights Relevant work experience in a similar role (6 -12months essential) Understanding of Child Protection legislation and holds an approved Current Child Protection Training qualification Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework Demonstrated understanding of the National Quality Standards Working with Children Check and current First Aid qualification What is on offer Above award pay and conditions (plus WRP) Discounted childcare fees priority placement for your children Rostered day off per month (full-time staff) Generous leave entitlements,
