Join a high performing finance team supporting Stockland's Workplace Logistics portfolio.
This is a highly visible role that offers direct exposure to senior leaders and the prospect to influence strategic business decisions through insightful analysis, forecasting and reporting.
We're Looking For An experienced Finance Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to drive business performance.
You'll be comfortable presenting to senior leaders, working with offshore teams, and taking ownership of key financial planning and reporting deliverables.
What You'll Do Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting activities across the Workplace Logistics portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key financial outcomes.
Partner closely with senior stakeholders including Executive General Managers and business leaders to provide financial insights that support decision making.
Work alongside the Head of Property Management and Investment Managers and collaborate with an offshore team in India to deliver reporting and forecasting activities.
Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting frameworks and systems to enhance efficiency and business performance.
Support strategic growth initiatives and provide commercial insights that contribute to the long term success of the portfolio.
About You You're a naturally curious finance professional who enjoys understanding how a business operates and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
You're confident communicating with senior stakeholders, enjoy building strong relationships, and are looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact while taking ownership of meaningful work.
Experience Skills That Count Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
Experience partnering with offshore or shared service teams to deliver financial outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently present insights to senior leadership.
Experience within property, real estate or asset intensive industries will be highly regarded.
CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification, together with strong SAP and Anaplan experience preferred.
