About the job The company: Join a leading international banking group with a significant Australian presence and a sophisticated, highly regulated financial services setting.
The organisation is undertaking a major regulatory remediation program focused on strengthening financial and prudential reporting, controls, data integrity and underlying processes.
The program brings together senior stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Technology and Data, with collaboration across Australian and international teams.
This is an opportunity to join a high-profile remediation program at an important stage of delivery and play a key role in shaping sustainable improvements to the future-state reporting environment.
The role: This is a senior technical leadership role for a liquidity and Treasury SME who knows how to get underneath complex reporting issues, challenge the detail and lead remediation through to a sustainable outcome.
We are seeking a Stream Lead - Liquidity Prudential Reporting to lead a key workstream within this major regulatory remediation program.
You will bring deep expertise across liquidity, Treasury and prudential reporting , combined with the seniority and stakeholder capability to lead delivery, challenge existing approaches and influence outcomes across the organisation.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of the liquidity stream, working through complex reporting and control issues, identifying root causes and translating findings into practical, sustainable solutions.
Key responsibilities will include: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the liquidity and prudential reporting remediation stream, from assessment through implementation and future-state transition Act as the senior technical SME across liquidity reporting, governance,



controls and data integrity Assess liquidity methodologies, calculations, reporting processes, data flows and control frameworks, identifying weaknesses and root causes Apply strong technical knowledge across LCR, NSFR, liquidity risk, funding and ALM Identify and address reporting deficiencies, control weaknesses and underlying process issues Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Technology and Data teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions Challenge existing processes, methodologies and interpretations and translate findings into practical requirements and improvements Provide technical leadership and oversight, ensuring analysis is robust, evidence-based and translated into actionable recommendations Support regulatory responses, governance forums and executive-level reporting Help establish a sustainable future-state reporting and control environment ready for transition into BAU This is not a traditional project management role - deep technical expertise in liquidity and prudential reporting is fundamental to the position.
Ideal skills and experience: We are looking for someone with: Significant experience across Treasury, liquidity, prudential reporting, regulatory reporting, Finance or ALM within banking or financial services Strong technical knowledge of LCR, NSFR and liquidity reporting Strong understanding of APRA prudential requirements and regulatory reporting Experience across reporting methodologies,



calculations, controls, data quality and reporting governance Proven experience identifying root causes and remediating regulatory findings, reporting deficiencies or control weaknesses Experience leading complex regulatory reporting, controls, transformation or remediation initiatives The technical credibility to interrogate detailed issues and challenge existing approaches The seniority and communication skills to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions Extensive experience in a relevant banking, Treasury, liquidity or regulatory reporting environment The key combination is technical depth + senior stakeholder capability - someone who can get into the detail, but is also senior enough to lead the conversation and drive outcomes.
