About You We're looking for an ambitious hospitality manager who is ready to take the next step and make a meaningful impact.
You'll bring: Previous Assistant Manager, Senior Duty Manager or similar experience in a large pub or hospitality venue Strong operational understanding across multiple departments and concepts Commercial awareness across labour, stock,



revenue and venue performance Confidence leading large teams and holding people accountable Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A hands-on approach with genuine pride in the operation The ambition to continue progressing within hospitality Most importantly, you'll have ownership mentality .
