HVAC Technician Location: Hills District Wider Sydney Employment Type: Full Time We have partnered with leaders in the residential and commercial air conditioning space, specialising in installation, routine maintenance, breakdown repairs, and delivering quality HVAC solutions to a wide range of clients.
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join their established team, servicing clients across the Hills District and wider Sydney region.
In this role, you will be a key representative of the business, delivering high-quality diagnostic services, effective repairs of commercial equipment, professional installations, and ongoing maintenance while building strong relationships with customers and ensuring exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair works across residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions for breakdown repairs and service requirements.
Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment and air conditioning systems.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure systems are operating efficiently and reliably.
Carry out servicing and fault-finding on VRV/VRF systems and other commercial air conditioning equipment.
Liaise professionally with clients, providing technical advice and delivering exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate job records, reports,



and compliance documentation.
Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
About You You hold a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
You hold a current ARCtick Licence.
Current Driver's Licence essential (Manual licence highly regarded).
Experience with commercial project commissioning, system testing, and handover processes is highly regarded.
Robust knowledge and experience with VRV/VRF systems.
Proven experience servicing, fault finding, and repairing commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
Exposure to commercial project commissioning, system testing, and handover processes is highly regarded.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a professional approach.
Ability to work autonomously and manage daily service requirements.
