Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and technical delivery of prestigious residential projects, ensuring excellence at every stage.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and the project team to drive innovative solutions and maintain high standards.
Production of detailed drawings and models using Revit, maintaining accuracy and design integrity.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination processes to meet critical milestones.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a cohesive and inspired studio environment.
Contribute to studio-wide pursuits and initiatives,
helping to shape the firm's ongoing reputation for quality and innovation.
Skills Experience: Minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience in Australia, with a strong portfolio of private residential and/or hotel projects.
Proven ability to lead design and technical aspects of projects, from concept through to completion.
Expertise in Revit is essential, with the ability to produce comprehensive and detailed construction documentation.
Strong conceptual design skills, coupled with practical problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating within multidisciplinary teams and presenting ideas convincingly.
Experience managing projects independently, demonstrating leadership and proactive problem resolution.
