We're Looking For A Senior Analyst to join Stockland's Development Finance team on a 12 month contract, supporting Retail and Communities real estate projects.
What You'll Do As a Senior Analyst within the Development Finance team, you will deliver detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to support informed investment decisions across an exciting development pipeline.
Working closely with Finance and Development Managers, you will apply your corporate finance and accounting expertise to provide clear commercial insights that support Stockland's growth strategy.
Your analysis will help guide strategic decision making across Retail and Communities projects during a dynamic period of expansion.
About You You are analytical, curious, and commercially minded, with a passion for turning complex financial information into meaningful insights.
