Key Responsibilities • Lead the technical and creative delivery of flagship interior projects using Revit, ensuring precision and innovation at every stage • Shape and drive the design vision, translating client briefs into realised spaces that exemplify aesthetics and functionality • Take ownership of project development, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet deadlines and quality standards • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure design aspirations are realised while maintaining feasibility and rigor • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning, ingenuity, and qualified growth • Manage project documentation, specifications, and coordination, maintaining design integrity throughout all phases • Play a pivotal role in business development activities,
