Core responsibilities include: Client Strategy Advice: Developing and managing comprehensive financial plans, covering investment strategies, superannuation, insurance,



and retirement planning.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and annual review meetings.
Holistic Collaboration: Working closely with internal Accounting, Tax, Lending, and Business Advisory teams to deliver seamless, comprehensive solutions.
Compliance Currency: Staying up to date with legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure contemporary, compliant advice.
What You Bring To be successful in this vital job, you will possess: Full qualification and ASIC-compliant status as a Financial Adviser meeting current industry standards, including a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience providing holistic financial advice to retail clients.
A proven track record of building strong client relationships and delivering tailored advice.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and practically.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
